We want your NØVEM pieces to reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

Processing times

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During launches, promotions, sale periods or other particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Available delivery options and the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery service selected and your location.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated as such.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@wearenovem.com with your order number.

We will work with you and the relevant delivery provider to help locate your order.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wearenovem.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delivery issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wearenovem.com, including your order number and photographs of the packaging and item where appropriate.

If you receive an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
